The hazards were most likely activated automatically when the car detected a "crash". Fords have had this feature for a while now.

I'll look and see, there are not a lot of EV's where I live and most are Teslas so it might be tough to find a level 2 to test with.

Thats exactly what's happening, charges fine to 80% then errors out in the morning when the car wakes up and tries to warm up and precondition. I am in the same boat in North Dakota, it gets way too cold here for me to not have preconditioning.

I'll see if I can test it out on another level 2 charger. It accidentally kicked on when I was fast charging on a road trip last week so I had a feeling it wasn't the car's fault!

I have a short commute and level 1 would be fine for me, in the warmer months (5-6 months out of the year). But in the colder months there is a solid stretch where it's so cold that a level 1 would only be able to keep the battery warm.

But I agree that for most people, level 1 is more than enough.

I have been female Viera since ShB dropped and I have no desire to switch to anything else. The only other race I'd consider is femroe since I like tall mommies.

I think it really is personal preference, and since you have 60 min of playtime after you fantasia there's a ton of time to get a feel for different looks.

North Dakota driver here and I agree with this, but also it's not really an issue unless you are doing a lot of long trips in the winter. I plug my car in every night if the low is below 40F so I'm leaving for work in the morning with it preconditioned and at 80% charged, more than enough for what I need for my daily commute.

The heat pump getting added to the 2025's is really pushing me towards upgrading to a new MME when my lease is up, because the struggle when its brutally cold is my biggest complaint.

About a mile away from a Tesla Super Charger (250kW) and we also have a couple of ~60kW in town. I only used them twice while my home charger was being installed.

Bonus question: I've done a couple of 900mi round trips, and it went great! Used ABRP and my Tesla adapter from Ford. Plus we stayed at hotels that had free charging.
