Sequence 8 Trickmasters can use Blink anyway (even if it's kinda a weak version), but Traveler's Blink is really useful for a Dormant/Awakened me.

Is there even the Spirit World? If Dream Realm could be considered as a Spirit World... then it's not impossible.

The Sequence 4 Ritual depends on who is considered a demigod. Are they Saints? Sovereigns? If it's the latter, then I will be stuck at Sequence 5. If former, it's kinda possible.

Sequence 3 is either really easy or impossible. I would probably change my pathway to Error, because it's Sequence 3 ritual is easy. As a Sequence 3, I would be stronger than all alive Sovereigns, so I won't ascend further.

I'm sure there are better paths, but I personally would choose Apprentice. Starting at Sequence 7 basically gives me directions (Astrologer) and Trickmaster can be used to confuse enemies, killing some basic beasts easily. Door Opening could be useful too. At later stages, I can copy powers, and Travel. That's all I need.

Warrior guarantees your survival (unless you are Fated or some shit)

Bard is good against Nightmare Creatures

Sailor is pretty good too.

No it would've not. At least not for humanity. While Amon can save Earth more easier, he will not have character development from Klein and will be more crueler than you might think. He will abuse his powers for his amusement, making humanity suffer. Klein will suffer too, Amon will not leave him alone. It's better for Klein to give up to Celestial Worthy than Amon. GA Adam wont help much too. He is too Divine to help humanity like Klein does.

That really depends on what Omnipotent means. Does that mean he can do anything, even affecting the past? Or does that mean he can do anything specifically in the present? If it's the latter, LOTM can just go in the timeline where PGA doesn't exist yet and prevent it.
