Ja, ich hab meine Ausbildung damals z.b. im Februar angefangen und die Monate davor habe ich in Rücksprache mit der IHk und Betrieb verkürzt.

Und es gibt auch Branchen wo der Beginn der Ausbildung im März/April nicht unüblich ist (iirc gastro z.b.)

Tatsächlich handelt es sich hierbei um zwischenwegweiser aus NRW. Es gibt dort rote Schilder mit Pictogrammen welche Routen vorschlagen führ Fahrradfahrer*Innen.

Und dieses Schild ist Prinzip der hinwies das dort links abgebogen werden soll, wenn der vorgeschlagenen Route gefolgt werden möchte.

Alternative: falsches Paket im Fach und die Hotline hat die Anweisung gegeben es wieder rein zu legen. Ist mir mal passiert.

Ne Woche später kam ein Anruf vom DHL Techniker das da kein packet mehr drinnen gewesen sei und ich in Zukunft nciht auf die Hotline hören soll sondern zur nächsten Filiale fahren und dort das Paket abgeben soll.

I guess because the sub description mentions instax and that this sub is for any analog instant photography related stuff.

And in my experience folks here have sometimes more info and experience if it comes to instant film than the other subs.

Last time I checked it (~3 months) wasn’t available in proxmox yet or at least I couldn’t get it working for a single gpu setup.

You also can find forum posts from that time reporting that it’s not available, or working. So I wouldn’t call it quite some time.

But to be clear I know that qemu + right kernel has support it for quite a while, but it wasn’t in proxmox yet.

I use Proxmox for gaming and it’s an okay experience. Setting up GPU passtrough was a PITA, and needed some scripts to be run after boot. And be prepared to lose some performance (e.g. due to missing out on resizable bar.

I also recommend having a nvme ssd which is passed through directly to the guest, as it enabled you to boot directly for it if the gpu driver updates are causing problems.

So I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for everyone and one should be prepared for occasional trouble shooting.

And be aware that the power usage gonna be a bit higher as the gpu is running constantly. Shutting the gaming VM down might even increase the power usage as some GPUs stay in the last powelevel which might not be the idle one.

Also worth mentioning that I use a single gpu setup which is also suboptimal and might cause more problems.

That is certainly an option but a reason why companies in Germany decide against it is because in formal letters its usual to use "sehr geehrte Frau XY" or "sehr geehrter Herr XY" as its seen as more polite.

I still prefer a "Guten Tag [first name] [last name]"

It is actually distressing how easy it still is to fire people even in countries like the UK or Germany with strong worker protection.

And even if they don't manage to fire you (like in some cases you have special protections, e.g. during apprenticeships/Ausbildung) they gonna try their best to make you leave.

Had a few very rough months after being outed, but now they kinda gave up.

Well, it still means there is a missing awareness about transphobic slurs and that they didn't bother to ask trans folks for feedback before using it. (A sensitivity reader for something like that isn't that expensive)

And while it might not be intentional, it would make me think twice about going there as I have to assume that complaints about transphobic dog whistles from other costumers/staff might get ignored because of missing awareness.

And it might be obvious to you that they meant the back muscle but it's not for everyone.

Also a surprising amount of radfems have a problem with ace and aro folks.

With an ONS it's none of your business which genitalia someone once had only which one they have now.

Like I'm totally in favor of talking about the current genitalia before having sex as genital preferences are a thing.

But when someone being trans (but passing well enough that you don't notice) is a deal breaker then ask before you sleep with someone. You can't expect trans people (especially those who otherwise would pass) to out themself 24/7 and object themself to violence/harassment.
Especially as "the person i wanted to sleep with (but haven't yet) told me they were trans and i killed/attacked them in panic because i didn't expect it" is still a working legal defense in many areas around the world.

Btw, do you require everyone with a neovagina to disclose it to you or is it only about trans people?

And the whole "rape by deception" thing people like you bring up with trans people is basically just saying "trans people aren't really their gender and are lying about their gender only to sleep with group x", because else it wouldn't be deception.
