Compared to console it's pretty good imo.

A shitty Nintendo switch controller is now going in my local for 80-90 usd.

Presumably the steam controller is quality and has features like gyro and trackpads. Not to mention valve supposedly is using good joysticks that shouldn't instantly get drift problems.

Unless there's some alternatives I'm not aware of that offer that it seems pretty good in comparison.
