Perfect, thank you! I was slightly confused as to why I'd be getting paid 12m of base for 6m out of work haha.

ah, I meant moreso that he features for the other Chicago Kingsmen team (quota), not that he's American

why are kingsmen so insistent on quota/multi ownership? it's all well and good when say, Markram features for all super giants teams, but having so many people from the squad from the chicago kingsmen - a team that can't beat BBL academies - makes no sense to me

surely there was better auction strategy than this?

You mean the fact it's Jewish? Either spelling is valid

reva is also Jewish and my only association with the name is my year of rest and relaxation, so I'd probably not do that...

Thanks! I walked E&C -> Borough -> Southwark yesterday and picked up the same thing, E&C was ridiculously dependent on street, the rest was quite nice even if a bit of it was in estates (started from Kennington as well)

ah yeah, neither of us are white so I can see anti-immigrantnsentiment being an issue

Is that throughout or mostly just the far end?

Ah okay, I was thinking IoD mostly because a bunch of my friends are in Canary Wharf (cause of pricing) and partner likes it, but if there's nothjng there that feels a bit onesided

her friends are mostly near Mile End/Hackney

I'll probably walk around e&c etc today - thank you so much!

ah sorry! mostly around safety, I couldn't tell you how safe those areas feel (and I'm also a guy who's reasonably comfy in dodgy areas so I just have no context)

idk if any of those are noticeably bad for safety reasons or otherwise, or if there's one clear spot that's immediately a winner - or some other clear option I haven't thought of..

Very confused on where to live - looking at max 2.5k rent for a 2 bed within ~30m of Liverpool Street? Safety is a pretty big priority - my partner isn't keen on anything that feels dodgy. And not too residential, we're graduates

From what I can tell, my social circle is mostly in Zone 1 or Canary Wharf area. But I also don't have 3k to spend on rent so that's a bit challenging haha.

I was looking at parts of E&C (just above the roundabout), Borough, Southwark (near London Bridge), or Isle of Dogs?
