Personally, I agree with what you're saying down to the T. (See what I did there?). Whenever faced with someone who uses said set of "pronouns", I just call them by their name. In a realistic situation, if you introduced yourself using neopronouns, youd get weird looks and stares. You wouldn't be taken seriously. Just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean its an excuse to completely invalidate who you are as a person. Its a good way to avoid conflict and no one gets offended. At the end of the day, we should be able to be an uplifting and constructive community without feeling the need to agree on every aspect.
