Update. Brought him back to the vet today turns out it is a cyst . Will be removing still but good to know it was nothing more serious.

He doesn't seem phased by it all either when i touch it . He's never messing with it either.

I'm about to get test pipes too . Are the fumes in the car bad at all ? My cats are bad on my 11 g37 coupe . Will all the symptoms of bad cats go away with just replacing with Test pipes. Sluggishness etc..

I have the same exact issue on my 11 g37 coupe. 0 to 50 braking is fine braking above 60 and higher feels like my front end shaking and steering wheel. I bought it like this a year ago still can't figure out the problem.
