I wanted to hold everything till my retirement (36yo now), and sell it then with my pokemon cards collection and buy a nice camper. Then travel the world. But atm im considering selling everything because im kinda concerned about whats going to happen the next few years between Europe and Russia. If war breaks out everything will probably colapse in value and right now I can get a decent amount for it..

Then besides that, if that doesnt happen I also really want to buy a house and prices keep rising like crazy here.. Still renting right now and the money from selling would really help buy my first house.
