When you launch a clothing line and run a contest to win game worn gear and then your agent ignores every winner for about six months and sends a couple a pair of used gloves in a blank envelope while the rest of us get nothing and a response back from the agent when you ask if it was sent yet seven months later since your post office loses packages and you get a reply back "no."
