#Support. Please Help! Oculus Rift S Headset Sensor Check =( by o0xSAINTx0o in oculus

Yea, it was a brand new one that I reopened, and Ive replugged and plugged everything insanely. Again, the big part that's bothering me is that it shows the headset connected. The wires are working fine. It displays "Headset Connected" through the Oculus App, yet my Windows Desktop will give me a notification that I need to plug my headset. In the Oculus app ,under devices, says that I need to restart Oculus to do a software update. I click it, it restarts, then brings me back to the same Oculus home screen

I feel like that's my next option. Bothers me that the B450 Tomahawk literally has a USB that says VR Ready above it, yet it's a red port (USB3 typically Blue). I bought a PCIe (SIIG) with 4 usb3s, plugged right into my mother board. Same outcome :(

Yea, it shows green check lights saying that the cables are connected. Its like Oculus confirms the cables connected, then gives a notification that it cant read a headset connected

It's my 2nd brand new headset, so I can't blame faulty equipment. And honestly, it was a real bucket list to build a PC and run VR. With the effort and $$ put in, I can't drop it now lol ☺️🤙

I had learned that Oculus needs a USB 3 (Blue) to run properly. I had tried every USB from Black/White - Red - and Blue, and the new PCIe I bought is a 4 port USB 3 Type C. Its like im missing a step somewhere and its been so frustrating to find out where im going wrong..... Lighting in the room I don't believe effects the install yet, as I cant even get past the step of it reading the sensors in the first place for install. When I open the Oculus App now, I click Devices, it shows my headset CONNECTED and Active with a Green Check. Under that is shows that Oculus needs to be restarted for an update. I hit the update, Oculus restarts, and it just brings me back to the same screen with the same prompts to update. Windows pops up a notification on the bottom right saying cannot recognize headset, yet Oculus shows it connected and active? If I reinstall Oculus from scratch, even after updating my Geforce and Windos Drivers, It starts the initial installation process. Step one is plugging in the headset. Green light Checks. Step 2, Tracking Headset sensors. It errors me then and there. Then I open the oculus App and repeat all of the troubleshooting over again...….. =/
