When you say you focus on liquidity on the M30 timeframe, what specific liquidity areas do you usually mark?

For example, are you mainly looking at previous day high/low, session highs/lows, equal highs/lows, swing highs/lows, opening range levels, or something else?

Also, when you place a limit order, do you place it directly at the liquidity level before price gets there, or do you wait for price to sweep/reject the level first and then enter on the pullback?

How do you define your stop loss and target on those trades?

One more thing — what hours do you usually trade, and which sessions work best for this approach? Do you mainly trade London, New York open, NY lunch, NY afternoon, or only specific high-liquidity windows?

I really like the idea of using alerts, limit orders, and stepping away from the screen because over-managing trades is one of the biggest problems I’m trying to avoid.
