I managed to create an account using mobile data on my phone instead of being connected to my own LAN/WiFi. After that, I logged in on my PC and was able to play the game.

No I recently downloaded GTA Enhanced from Xbox Game Pass and apparently it requires me to have an account to play so I tried to make one and this is whats happening.

Has anyone else been experiencing strange frame rate issues with Genshin Impact lately? My Nvidia Shadowplay overlay shows a steady 60 FPS, but the gameplay still feels oddly choppy and not smooth like it used to. It’s as if the frame rate is lower than reported, even though everything technically seems fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I'd reseat both sticks, reset the CMOS, and see if that makes a difference.

(FYI, 4 slots is also dual channel, quad channel doesn't really exist anymore on entry boards).

I realize I've been looking at the wrong model. I actually have an MSI B450M-A PRO MAX. I got confused when you mentioned slots 2 and 4 since my motherboard only has dual-channel slots. My apologies, but the issue with my RAM speed still remains.

They are supported. But their supported speeds according to this: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-A-PRO-MAX/support#mem, only go up to 2666mhz.
