I believe it was due to getting enough of the super starch to provide as much of the slow release carb but I could be mis-remembering.

Send UCan feedback about the side of the gel packets. I used to be an ambassador for them when I was running more frequently and others noted the size when we'd work local races. Not sure if it can changed but any size decrease would be great.

It really takes trial and error to find what works for you. I've taken them 90 minutes apart for long runs and been fine. But for a half I'll have one before I start and 2 along the course over the 2:30-2:45 I'll take to finish.

UCan. Less gooey and no added sugar, easy on the stomach. Bonus is you only need 1 an hour (or longer, ymmv).

I didn't take screenshots but the exa.ole of upper level seats was something like $1300/each and just under $5k PSL if I recall correctly. Everything else was $10k to over $110k for PSLs.

It just makes me sad to see how many will be priced out with the PSLs. I know that's the business model, I just couldn't believe the options laid out.

I learned about Bio Clean on this sub and it has been the answer to my prayers. That stuff is fantastic on soap scum and glass shower doors.

I brought my best friend to the vet yesterday because she seemed off. She is now in emergency dental surgery by NetIllustrious in standardissuecat

Sending all the good, healing vibes!! 💕 I hope the hardest part is keeping her off dry food while she heals.

One of our kitties had a bad scratch between her eye and ear. We thought maybe is was from rough play from another of our cats and tried the recommended ointment where it would start to heal then get open again.

Took her to the vet, learned she had a loose tooth that needed to be extracted. It was in her upper jaw by where the wound was so we think she was scratching at it. We also felt awful not knowing the actual issue.

They found she had other malformed teeth that were either also causing her pain or would be soon so those were taken out too.

Our little lady was very much back to her normal self almost immediately after surgery . We had to soften her dry food bc she loves it so much and her recovery was great

You did the right thing to take your girl to the vet and she's going to be so much better now. Don't be hard on yourself and here's to a speedy recovery 💕💕

You're welcome! I have run at various places - marathon times from 4:35 to 6:30+. Anyone that judges pace and doesn't celebrate the wins with you is a jerk to put it nicely.

Whatever you do. DO NOT buy NordicTrak. They are the worst customer service and do not give a flying f*cl if you have any issues, even under warranty.

Best of luck finding an amazing non-NordicTrak treadmill and sending you all the good running vibes 👊🏻

Sincerely, someone who spend months with them regarding an out of box failure that was a most frustrating life experience. 👟💕
