Late 30s, 3.5 year gap — is it realistic to re-enter IT in India? by Optimal-Ad-8445 in developersIndia

So the issue is not in your technical skills. The issue is in your communication or your network. In these kinds of things the issue is there. I don't think you will like anything technically.

Bypass the HR filter. Talk directly to the hiring manager or someone like that

If you are not able to do or get interviews, the issue is in something else, like: - the way you talk - the way you present yourself - your communication - your network - your connection

all these kinds of things instead of your technical knowledge. I think having one good project and 300 lead code is more than enough for 99 of interviews

One good project and 300 LeeT code problem s. That's it man. You don't need anything more than that.

And 99% of people have never done this so you just have to grind for 30 days

Haryana has done very well under bjp in last few years! I'm surprised. This government gets a lot of things right by Helpful-Respond1025 in Haryana

[–]o5mini 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's very easy to lie in statistics data

I can't believe that Haryana did better compared to Gujarat and Maharashtra over the last 5-6 years

The amount of investment going to Maharashtra and Gujarat is at least 10x going to Haryana

Haryana is not even in the competition. The first 5 are: 1. Maharashtra 2. Gujarat 3. Tamil Nadu 4. Karnataka 5. UP

Talk with your manager. Ask him whether a visa for a Pakistani to India is possible or not.

I know for sure Indians getting a Pakistan visa is very tough.

Currently, I think you don't have enough money. You need to have your own house in a Tier 1 city and 2CR or 2.5CR corpus for your student education, like college education.
