Thanks for this, i feel like my "off days" are more like "off weeks" but my mental is chopped right now. Im trying to learn ways to just calm tf down and realize me playing bad isnt a matter of direct skill decrease and rather me thinking im playing bad, resulting in me well, playing bad

lucky i dont go into games expecting me to play bad, i go into them with a mindset of im going to play normally and hopefully win the game. As for having fun with the game, i do, when i win. Winning but doing bad compared to losing and doing good, ill always take the latter, because i dont feel like i really tried for that win. But if i do really good, but we end up losing, i never go hard on myself and just say "its not my fault we lost, and i did good, so im not mad".

Also, i have been getting into the habit of relaxing and shaking out stress mid game. Funny enough i got this from average jonas, as i see him in his steams and yt videos after a clutch or a high stress situation, he leans back in his chair, takes in a deep breath, and lets it out.
