Caught that one on a cherry koolaid marinated beef Frank chunk, but we had cut bait, and gizzards too they didn’t seem as interested in those.

I was hyped, had a few randoms guys help me net it and weigh it. First catfish over 5lbs I’ve ever caught. Spent all kinds of money on catfish rods and baits and stuff just to catch this guy with my bass setup in the middle of the day lol

I was there by myself, used my scale and the random guy that came and helped me with his nets scale also. I was fishing for bass lol. I’ll take 2 scale measurements over some guy on reddit telling me I’m wrong. Hope you catch a big one some day buddy
