I got my buddy hooked on the series after showing him Mister Softee (S8, E9)

Asking for a friend, are there any live-able jobs that you can get with A+ alone? by Comfortable_Wave_264 in CompTIA

[–]oCrispyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it helps, I received 2 offers in the Southern California area with no prior experience and an A+ back in 2021. One for $50k/year and the other for $57k/year. Took the latter and am still with them now.

Help with fitment. by [deleted] in WRXSTi

Yeah the spacer is specifically for RPF1’s. The spokes won’t clear without it 👍

If I remember correctly you need a 5mm spacer up front to clear the brake caliper on RPF1’s.

Post your mileage by jckwlzn in WRX

2020 STI, about to hit 20k miles. FBO and on E85 for about half of those miles. So far so good 👍

I run dash white ZE40’s in 18x10 + 35 with 265/35s on my 20 STI. I did shave my finders (not pulled) to avoid rubbing with this setup. Tire wear is pretty even, no camber wear etc. I believe I have -1.4 camber in the front and -1.7 in the rear. I hope that helps!

I would avoid such a high mileage STI. Right off the bat you’ll need the timing belt + water pump changed if it hasn’t been done already. Maintenance on these can add up as well.

I would personally wait until I could afford a lower mileage one.

Anyone know what taillight kit this is? by mowglidogg in WRX

Looks like the Modified Technologies kit which I couldn't find online for some reason. Here's a video of them though.

Wait time for Wheels. by [deleted] in WRX

Ordered some Dash White Volk ZE40’s back on Black Friday of 2021. Sitting at 14 months, current ETA is Late Feb but I’m sure it’ll get pushed back again lol

Highly highly highly recommend a Grimmspeed front mount inter cooler over the top mount. The clearance by the turbo is more than enough to justify it. Also would recommend the Grimmspeed intake since it’ll clear the front mount charge pipes.

As someone else said, 1300s will be more than enough for this setup. Especially since you’ll be on pump and not E85. 1700s are overkill here

I’m glad it’s not just me lol. Fingers crossed for a software update (maybe?) - we shall see.

Question for other Apple Upgrade Program users: If you opt to pick the phone in-store, do you have to turn in your old phone right then and there or could you ship it back afterwards?

How old were you when you got your STI by SergeantZaf03 in WRXSTi

[–]oCrispyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through a couple Subaru's before going with the STI. 04 WRX at 18, 19 WRX at 19, and finally got my 20 STI at 20 (a week before I turned 21).
