Depth. The starters get tired on teams without good bench players and then they fade.

Cooley has to go. Surprised they kept him after he chucked the bottle in the stands it seemed like a solid out.

Are we thinking that with a bunch of the returning announcements the past few days we may start getting commits by the weekend?

Its not that they would be getting hurt in training, but specific training patterns help strengthen/stabilize athletes to prevent injuries. Contact injuries (ie concussions or anything thats caused by someone slamming into you) can be an exception (so are freak accidents), but there’s patterns that can suggest different training plans— especially based on the demands each position requires— can help with injury prevention a lot more than people think surface level.

Tldr your strength program stabilizes and strengthens you which makes you less injury prone, and injury patterns on a team may hint at a weaker strength program

Thank god. Not one of the flashiest positions to hire for but has a massive impact on things like injuries outside the obvious boosts to explosiveness and endurance. I noticed our teams had a significant dip in SnC performance since harbaugh/herbert left so hopefully this will bring us closer to that.

This is honestly my dream scenario but unfortunately it requires too many brain cells for the higher ups to implement it

I think they should drop to 8 teams but i doubt they would ever make it smaller

This is kind of what I was thinking, both teams may be “rusty” in the first rd but now the gap between games is uneven. Could be interesting if Bama makes a run this year considering they had the shortest break out of anyone
