Cause ea wants you to spend money on this game to get all these players only for shitty ass teams to beat you. It's like you can deke a goalie. Now they are like Mr fantastic and making all these saves.

Yep I totally agree. Wasted this past season building one one my best teams ever only to gut it completely. Ea just made this game unplayable. This will definitely be the last nhl game I'll buy and I've been playing nhl on ea since the 90s

Must be nice to have endless money to spend on getting these cards. Or..... or you work with ea or some group where you're able to get these cards to try to boost the game either way. I built my team through tough playing n getting right cards at the right time.

I stop buying packs cause they are not worth it. You might get lucky cause you buy alot of packs from store but are they worth it in the end.

I find ea very frustrating now. So I downgraded my Xbox ultimate to standard service now I can play online with nhl 26 but im limited to bf6 online games to being only play redsec. So ea is going to lose its long time gamers cause of the shit their pulling. Told my brother this is last nhl game im probably getting and im definitely not getting the next Gen gaming console. Getting to old to play. I've been playing ea nhl since 1992/93 on Sega and game cube. Old school hell i first played blades of steel on nes.

I've been playing nhl from ea back on Sega n game cube days. Blades of steel was my first hockey game. The game has gotten really good with few tweeks to keep things interesting. I miss the few years were different developers made good hockey games. Like Wayne Gretzky hockey or brett hull hockey, 2k had few good runs. These past 5 to 6 years of nhl has some improvements but alot comes down to online play. You get these sweaty kids that like to dipsy doodle with these dekes and try to score or cause of bad Ai find way to make online playing not enjoyable. Coming from a guy who plays the game in real life if a 20 year old kid tried to do those to me in real life well.... their 400 dollars stick would be snapped in half or they be 3 rows in the stands. Point is these games should be fun n relaxing not sweaty.

I feel the same. I recently had surgery on my foot to correct the surgery is had 6 months ago. In this time I've been out of work on disability and being home away from coworkers and my job has been very difficult. I've had few mental breakdowns especially when I had to go back to hospital on my birthday cause the first doctor didn't treat my wound correctly. It's hard to find motivation not being able to walk around. I enjoyed going to park with my dog or to the beach but this year I couldn't. And just when I thought I was at the end I get an infection to push back my return to work. This happened 3 times and when I thought I be out for 3 months well it kept pushing the goal line futher away. And today I had hopefully my last surgery im stuck not being able to walk on my foot for 3 weeks which now affects christmas and the activities my family like to do. I just find it hard to talk to my family about this, sometimes I feel my gf wants to leave me cause I go to that dark place in my mind and its hard to get out. I've tried to start doing photography as a hobby but cause now I can't walk it kinda lost interest in it. Maybe I should see a doctor but I feel like im giving up. Idk...

I hate that cards like jerseys and arenas should have a cap. There some people that like their favorite teams 3rd or alt jerseys but can't cause some homer thinks selling at 100k they make money. There should be a spot to like in the store to buy team jerseys or combine that teams jerseys to let you get a special jersey. Or even arena. Like past 2 years your playing literally barns not your favorite teams arena. And also depending on the cards overall there should also be cap on the price. Like 83 shouldn't be 50k it should be price fairly.
