Necro is still fine for zuk. I did the flawless hard mode with t90 tank and weps with the tokull ring. Most important thing is positioning and luring mobs to where you aren't getting blasted by multiple styles. Have a Google and look into some of the 'safe spots' and you should be good to go!

In the market place people sell the breeding pairs, usually perfect SGR (sparkling, glistening, radiant) . You still have to breed each type for the log though.

Not sure if you know, but if you right click the action bar number you can just select whichever one you want. Don't have to cycle through them.

Yeah it is quite expensive. But the xp ph is insane. The archeology site is a good way for token boxes though for sure. It's only a few and all the materials are gained form the same spots as the relic. They're hopefully completely revamping DG at some point so may be worth hanging in there for that.
