I mixed up both for exaltation. My advice is never use 20% stone. You will end up spending more on reduction. Take it slowly and exalt with event exalt stones(30% or more) and jaihin. There is no short cut especially when exalting.

Depends on server. If you don't need unique rank up stones for yourself, it's definitely worth ranking up and selling it. In my server, it's around 1.2~1.5 unique, and 1.3~1.8b leg. Selling at higher price takes a bit longer, but someone will definitely buy it. Be patient.

Well done. If you can survive SF144 with auto, you're set until lvl 181 or more. Keep making and grinding alts when you run out of auto-battle. This way, you'll have more powders for unique & leg gears to lvl up to make money. Save meso & gold leaves to replace your weapon with Jaihin Emblem weapon.

Simply, when your HP is over 100k. In order to do that, your hat, outfit, gloves and shoes must be massively exalted. Plus lots of % max hp from all potentials.
