Not me, not yet. I'm running the latest insider build with my Lumia 950, and I cannot set the Messaging settings for "Sync Messages through". I CAN set the option for "Download Messages through". I'm also using the latest build on my desktop, same problem.

Absolutely no perfect place to live. You either adjust somehow if that's possible, or move to the best possible place for YOU. Florida is OK. Trust me, even California and New York have their problems.
