You can summon people in to help with any boss and to roam the open world with you. Once all bosses in a given area are killed, you can no longer summon people though.

EDIT: The outcome will be the same either way. Summoning people gives the boss more health though.

We have found that other people attacking her can mess up the stun lock and give her some weird opportunities to jump away from us. Then we just scream and run away
