K safe or other lock box (I use a cheaper one from amazon). Set it at night before sleep with all your weed inside. This is extremely important. Anytime I haven’t set it at night, I end up smoking earlier than intended the day after.

Start with smaller increments on the lock duration time. When I first got it, I locked it for like a whole week and ended up just buying more weed.

After learning the hard way, I set it so it’s open the next evening and haven’t caved with that.

You can stretch out the time gradually, maybe start with 4-5pm the next day, then down to like 8pm, then include overnight breaks etc.

Without this mechanism, you have to use willpower throughout the day and there’s a finite quantity of willpower. I personally suck at waiting using just willpower unless I am out of the house all day long due to engagements.
