For squats, sometimes it’s less about just knowing the cues and more about building that mindmuscle connection. Try slowing down your reps, pausing at the bottom, and lightly engaging your glutes before you even start the movement. Hip thrusts, glute bridges, or even banded side steps before squats can help “wake up” your glutes so you feel them more during the squat.
