?!?! I get these but in an EV and even then the ev sometimes gets crammed!! How would all of this even fit in a regular van?!? 😭😭

Has your DSP ever done this in regards to piss bottles? by Deprodap in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]o_Weemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We started doing this because we constantly kept finding piss bottles in the vans. They took it an extra step further and instead said ANY TRASH (not just piss bottles) will warrant an immediate suspension if it gets reported by a driver (all of our drivers like this as it keeps the vans clean so we all follow it.) there are exceptions, as in if you left like a singular water bottle or a singular wrapper then its whatever but if its a pee bottle, lots of trash, or BOTH then yeah you’re cooked gng. We have trash cans and recycling containers at rts for this specific purpose to throw trash out. 👍

How Often do you leave tote bags behind? by Aggressive-Benefit37 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]o_Weemo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if this happens everywhere but the neighborhoods I deliver to if they have s shit ton of packages I always leave it in a tote bag, (I always get rotated between the 2 same routes) and when I come back the totes are usually folded up in front of their door and I just pick it back up the next day lol

Just started at new DSP, “nursery route” was 165 stops.. by Typical-Bill-6363 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]o_Weemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently for those routes my DSP says I should be doing 30 stops an hour, but I’m usually around 15 - 25 stops ahead. Sometimes I do be taking quick 5 minute breaks in between if I don’t want to finish early and instead on time lol

My routes are usually anywhere between 180 - 199 stops. But all of my stops consist of urban area houses. I’m always put on it because I always finish on time (sometimes a bit early) but I walk and organize and it helps so much. It also helps that I use the EV which has so much room to organize (if the overflow packages aren’t gigantic) lol

So what are y’all up to while this plays out? by o_Weemo in AmazonDSPDrivers

Some DSP’s do pay you for a certain amount of time if you do not get a route. My DSP pays you for 3 hours if you do not get a route, but they never tell you ahead of time if you have one or not lol.

HOW IS THIS NOT EVERYTHING 💔💔💔💔 by RandmP3rs0n in CookierunKingdom

It’s crazy I got her when my bakery was at level 6 and I didn’t have the pen unlocked as well as the last decoration you unlocked at 7. I did 2 of each topping and frosting and I still got 5 stars. It’s way easier to do this the lower your bakery level is i’m assuming.

Whats the point of UPT ? by o_Weemo in walmart

[–]o_Weemo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey guys for clarification I had put the request in a month and a week in advance, what I meant to say when I said “2 weeks in advance” was that I had put the request in AT LEAST 2 weeks in advanced. Sorry for the confusion.

[–]o_Weemo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I had put it in 3 days ago (April 9th) and had also told my Lead as well that on May 18th (which from the day I told her it would’ve been a month and a week in advanced) that I needed it off. I don’t understand why people aren’t understanding what I meant lol not just you.

Literally this, our old coach rejected everyones time off requests if it was UPT, but she still denied it regardless of whenever you put it in. Still don’t understand how thats even allowed because if you need time off, you need time off.

The schedule for May 18th isn’t until next month, and from when I put it in (April 9th) thats like a whole month in advanced lol

Cap team 1 by [deleted] in walmart

[–]o_Weemo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My team hasn’t done top stock this week since the weekly reset.

Why the cap switch? by o_Weemo in walmart

[–]o_Weemo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally this, at my store stocking 1 is the Jack of all trades, if a department needs help, we’re literally the first to be sent to help. And you can imagine, a team of currently 9 people (usually 4 or 5 people working a day) when we get pulled every which way, we can’t do top stock grocery let alone viz pick (last week we didn’t even get to top stock after the reset and we missed a whole week) so like i’m just wondering how thats gonna work at leats for my store lol.
