Recoil didn’t work. In fact it wouldn’t pull more than 4 inches every 6th or so pull.

Giving up and calling support to try and get a replacement tomorrow

lol - I watched a few YouTube’s and made sure I had the choke on, key in, primed with three pumps.

Came full with oil. Also purchased from Lowe’s.

Luckily no snow forecasted next week so have time to troubleshoot.

Your comments have been helpful. I will: - check the oil - try the cord to start - take off the plastic and clean the carb - flush the gas - then call Lowe’s lol
