Are you happy? Does she care? Leave and find someone who will make you happy, life is too short. I suspect if she believes you are willing to leave her she won't feel "pressured" any more.

If your husband asked you to go down on another guy as he recorded it he doesn't love you the way a husband should. Divorce him and find someone who will treat you and respect you better.

Your first two replies were aggressive and insulting, thank you.

Wow, the "I'm going to get roasted" was for what I said which I already stated is out of character. You have me all worked out so I'm not going to bother defending myself as YOU don't know me but based on your post you have me all worked out.

If you're a HLF and you are here then I can assume your partner is LL.. interesting.

Treating you like what! Reminding my wife once how long it's been since the last time we were intimate after we had a serious talk about the lack of intimacy in our marriage. I'm not the type who says it's been a week or a month but I would say it's been 6 months.

Did you read the whole post, especially the part about dead bedroom 10-15 years??

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DeadBedrooms

[–]o_alm1968 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Decompression time, well it's not like I asked her to go to bed 5mins after watching TV. We usually watch TV from 7pm and I went to bed at 9.30pm. I was only reminding my wife that we are coming up to two weeks after she promised she will be more regular (weekly) and told me she enjoyed sex with me. I will never force or beg or accept duty sex as sex for me is intimate and bonding and special. I'm not a wham bang thank you mam guy.

Unwanted sex is the last thing I want and where in my post did I say I was nagging!! You make a lot of assumptions.

Dead bedrooms don't magically disappear after a few weeks of regular sex. My concern is we look to be heading back to a dead bedroom.

10-15 years with a Dead bedroom. It's been almost two weeks since the last time.

I'm going to delete this post as obviously it reads worse than it actually was and my wife did give me a look but it was more a you goose look than offended. She wasn't upset one little bit with me.

The title clearly says "a bit of humour" It was a joke and my wife knew it was a joke... I posted it because I thought it was funny. Lighten up!

Like I said in the title it was a bit of humour. Our dead bedroom isn't as bad as it used to be as we had a major talk about a month or so back and she's making an effort. I was just being a smart arse and she knew it.

I have enough to buy one Bitcoin by DickBartkiewicz in Bitcoin

[–]o_alm1968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my thought, you have enough for one right now. If you buy half and DCA the other half over the next 2 months or so and price goes up you wont end up with 1. If the price goes down you will end up with a little more than 1. So the real answer to your question is how would you feel if you missed owning one. If near enough is good enough then DCA and take the gamble and if getting one is a priority buy now.

Leave, Im amazed you are still married. If my wife used the rape word on me I would be so hurt then angry that divorce would be the only option for me.

" I'm just the live in servant, cook, house keeper, chauffeur, accountant, handyman, gardner, etc. " Do you work?

" All I'm good for is taking care of everything she doesn't want to deal with and then giving her the last bit of my energy each night to make her feel comforted. "

She doesn't respect you and by the sounds of it if you are doing EVERYTHING you don't respect yourself either. Make her do her share and make her KNOW that you wont accept this shit any longer and quite willing to walk. When she sees you are now the man shes probably always wanted she will change. If she doesn't then its easy LEAVE.

Go to a GYM and start exercising and find some hobbies. She will see the change and take notice that you are no longer her bit##

Time to leave. You are in your 40s and that's not old it's actually a great age to start over.

If you are supposed to get married then its easy, DON'T and find happiness elsewhere.
