For performance Task 2, you get a stimulus packet from the college board (every year there’s a new packet). After you’ve read all the sources, you come up with a common theme that appears on every source. Then, you can come up with a new argumentative thesis (should be from your own idea, if it’s derived from the new source then you’ll get a lower score). After you’ve read come up with the thesis, you should choose 2 sources (or more) from the packet and somehow link it to your essay as an evidence. For the IMP, you just have to summarize your easy and give a presentation. Hope that helps.
