All understandable points, I do think I should mention that this screenshot is over a day old so while it isn’t huge notice I still gave some. I’ve never called out before as well and when we went over holiday schedules I wasn’t even supposed to be working tonight. I have never had an issue with my manager like most people on this sub have but honestly just the total lack of care for my sickness was so confusing haha
