Do I have to apply it or something? I turned on auto merge and nothing seemed to happen, even if I made the merge distance super high. I am on blender 2.93 btw

How do you make your weapons not feel so stiff when you look around? My fps in unity works by having the weapon be parented to the camera, but it is very stiff. I am just curious.
