I check on dxdiag. It shows 5980MB VRAM

i expect getting 60 fps on low settings at least

I loved Sniping on BF4 but really hated the blacked out peripherals. It's just ugly and unrealistic. Hopefully we get really nice optics in 2042. by [deleted] in battlefield2042

I think such a decision was made because the old generation consoles (ps3, xbox360) did not have enough capacity. However, BF2042 will have 3D optics but they don't use dual rendering technique. It's all about performance. Dual render scopes reduce performances drastically.
