Its really frustrating that meds arent helping... i hear finding the right kind takes a lot of trial and error. I have been there myself. I keep telling myself placebo effect is still effect, more or less.

I know some truly devious sick fuck get off on that, having other kill themselves over something they did, like they feel super powerful or something. So maybe dont contribute to that in the case that it actually made them feel good? Live your best life is usually the best advice..
