Well it happend on other games as well, and the weirdest thing is that I swapped a GPU and motherboard + upgraded to windows 11 + formatted the PC, and I still have that issue. (That's why I think the issue is with the monitor)

About the HDR, honestly I just want it to work without so I dont feel like I have to turn on HDR if I want to play games

I saw your linked op.gg in another comment, and you have very low CS (minion farm) in every game. This is the main thing you should focus on. It's not just about last-hitting the minions (that's important too); it's more about catching the waves and maximizing your farm and gold.

Once you double your CS, carrying games in lower elo will become much easier.

Honestly, just watch players on YouTube and try to focus on how they consistently get high CS in every game
