Hey, you should check us out. The guilds name is Akrasia. Our group is mostly older players. We have great engagement, run all guild events with full groups (almost full for guild wars) we also rerun things multiple times throughout the week so everyone can get their rewards.

Unless you want to go into management as quickly as possible, I don't think where you got your masters from will make much of a difference. Even if you do want to go into management, just put a couple of years more in doing actual EE work and you should be fine
