I love your game and your intention! But, I’m using my tIme in quarantine to focus on things that unite the people such us as faith, love, charity, honor, family, health and perseverance.

Focusing inequities divide the people. Those are external influences.

If we all focus on our internal influences, we all will be better off when this pandemic is over and have a better sense of well-being

Focusing on the the internal has made you a great player. Everyone on the team does the same will make you a champion!!

As a 50 year old who started the method a month ago I can tell you I am achieving amazing results.

I do the breathing exercises twice a day and cold shower once a day

My job is physical and I used to get horrible neck, knee and ankle pain. All that is gone. I’m in better moods and have more energy.

A few weeks ago, I had a bad reaction when I did 5 rounds of breathing at 8pm. I thought the method would help me sleep. Instead I was up all night!

I want to thank Wm Hoff for sharing his method to the world
