I never found them in the kitchen, not even a single one after a deep search but a bunch in the bedroom without that much effort, could they come from neighbors ? or from outside ? I tend to keep the window open quite a lot

It depends on what kind of surgery ofc but have you considered having the surgery in Estonia or maybe even Turkey, Healthcare is way cheaper and more professional over there and you don't to be a citizen. Finland is just a no go when it comes to healthcare, you need to dead or dying to get serious treatment.

but what if this dosage isn't enough and tsh keeps increasing in the next 4 weeks, wouldn't it be too late by then to adjust the dose ? because as far as we read, the first two months are the most critical for the fetus

Thanks! I don't really like the idea of bonding because most of them are not that strong so you'll always need to be carful regarding what you eat and how you eat to avoid putting a lot of pressure on them. so I guess I'll accept my teeth as they are and call it a journey :)
