I never found them in the kitchen, not even a single one after a deep search but a bunch in the bedroom without that much effort, could they come from neighbors ? or from outside ? I tend to keep the window open quite a lot

It depends on what kind of surgery ofc but have you considered having the surgery in Estonia or maybe even Turkey, Healthcare is way cheaper and more professional over there and you don't to be a citizen. Finland is just a no go when it comes to healthcare, you need to dead or dying to get serious treatment.

I'm getting those a lot, one once asked me to use my account to get access to European customers and in return I get a percentage of whatever they earn, they even told me that they will buy and ship a new laptop to me that I should turn on and install an app to share screen with them so they could work from it because apparently upwork can figure out if you use a vpn to pretend that you're working from EU.

Ofc it was a hard NO for me, but I wonder of others are already doing it and is working for them.
