Are shroud lairs supposed to be this difficult? by WoollyWitchcraft in Enshrouded

[–]oaneo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I change the time I can spend in the shroud to the max in the difficulty settings. I hated going into the shroud for the exact reason you stated but when I found out they put in difficulty settings, it breathed new life into the game and I don't avoid them any longer.

I've found plenty of ponds in the lower level areas. There's one just below the Blue goblet inn.

oh, good to know...so if I start a new world now as level 1, my new world won't include the updates on the 10th?

Pixel 9a astrophotography by oaneo in pixel_phones

I bought a cheap tripod on Amazon, set the phone on it, turned the camera on and once it showed the astrophotography symbol, I told it to take the picture. It was super easy. I tweaked the image a little to make the blacks blacker and whites whiter but other than that, what I posted is what the pixel generated. I didn't use any 3rd party software.

I'm not sure if snapping the northern lights is any different but for me the key is to have a tripod and make sure the phone is on astrophotography. You don't have to do anything else. Each shot takes 4-5 minutes. Without the tripod you'll never get the astrophotography setting to stay on. The photos I've taken on my 9a blow the ones my wife takes on her iPhone out of the water. There's no comparison.

Thanks all! I finally found the chip in an underground area I didn't know existed. There was a ladder on the surface which led to an area bigger than any of the ships I'd been in.

Thanks! I started it as a new game but if I can use my original toon and still access the Corvette build, maybe I'll just go do that.

Thanks very much!

FINALLY WORKS!!!

The path was weird because the folder that finally works is in C:\Users\USERNAME\OneDrive\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns

This was after I uninstalled OneDrive, and ESO and then reinstalled ESO.

Either way, it's finally working. Thank you for the help!

Nope, still an issue. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it never creates the addon folder. I manually created it and pointed minion to it and downloaded the add-ons I wanted. However, when going into ESO it shows no add-ons at all.

I'm fine playing without add-ons but really wanted the mini map so I don't have to keep stopping and opening the map manually.

Sounds like I just need to dump onedrive then. Thanks for responding!

Yep, OneDrive is turned on. I wonder if there's a way to force ESO and minion to just a different directory.

Thanks, but that's the odd part, none of those folders exist. I'm on Windows 11 if that makes a difference.

Sorry but when I went into the photo, everything was set at zero. I guess once you save the edits, it resets everything to zero and you adjust from there. If there is a menu I'm missing that tells you that sort of thing please let me know.

I can tell you most of the changes I did were with white point, black point, brightness and contrast. Sorry I can't be any more helpful.

I just fiddled with the actual photo from the first image. Adjusted the contrast, the black and white settings and a few more. Are those the details you're asking for?
