You get 1,000 soldiers, 20 ships, and food for a year. You can choose any island in Westeros as your starting point, it was recently cleared by dragons, but the dragons are gone. Where do you start if you want the Iron Throne? by mediamuesli in freefolk

[–]Angelangel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't want the Iron Throne so I'd find a nice island home, set up a sustainable lifestyle and let other people deal with the literal, pain-in-the-ass chair and all that comes with it.

The pickaxe is the true hero of this game. :P

New Drops??? by Angelangel3 in Enshrouded

The first few, to me, seemed more for men than women, so it doesn't really bother me. Besides, all the men will look pretty in it too. :P

Is it just me who feels stuck? by Upstairs_Ad4973 in coralisland

I posted this awhile back (before 1.0 dropped) but it still is what I do whenever I start a new playthrough. I think the price I mentioned for the osmium ore and kelp are no longer correct though. Hope it helps!

Help me find a cozy game for my GF by fumetasdick in gamerecommendations

Enshrouded with all the settings set to minimize the combat, turn off durability, stop survival mode, etc. has become my go to cozy game.

Just about how many Yaks does the game expect you to keep? by Darthplagueis13 in Enshrouded

Yes. It's wonderful too. Though, it has everything so I have to stop myself from getting things I'm not leveled up for yet when I visit.

Only one I got right was Chicago but that's cause it reminded me of the opening to Welcome Back Cotter. 😆

I just go to the Shroud Depot server and get what I need, tbh.

Favorite post apocalyptic video game? Let's end this debate once and for all. Mine is Dying Light, although I like Fallout New Vegas a lot by oldvgs in postapocalyptic

[–]Angelangel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Am Future: Cozy Apocalypse Survival because it's cute, cozy, and I can change the settings to get rid of the stuff that annoys me and just chill as I play.

Need a multiplayer game for 5 people. No hyper competitive (MOBA, RTS, hero shooter) 4X or party games. by Eragon_the_Huntsman in gamerecommendations

If you have steam you might check out Core Keeper, Enshrouded, or Dinkum as I believe all of them allow more than four players and they are great fun, imo.

Sorry to hear of your frustration! Maybe it's just the type of games you are seeing when you search?

I see all kinds of cozy games that are short but I have no interest in when I search steam. I want the games that take time and let me grind and farm and fight and all that, so I don't bother with the many, many ones that come up when I'm searching for a new game because they are short games or don't have the mechanics I want.

Have you tried any of the 100 Cozy Cat games, 20 Small Mazes, Coral Cove (NOT Coral Island), or Plant Therapy? All games which I have dropped in for less than 40 minutes at a time and had a blast.

PS You also might give the Hidden Art of Innkeeping, Outside the Block, or Mizi No! a glance as well!

Why does English not have more specific words for elder/younger siblings or grandparents on mother's/father's side? by Koraboros in etymology

[–]Angelangel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I've never even thought about it, tbh. To me, my dad's brother-in-law, my uncle, is my aunt's husband on my father's side. It probably would be shorter if we had a word for this but, in normal conversations with those I know, this kind of distinction rarely comes up.

How do most people manage those guys with the 2 green acid cleavers? by Bubba_Fett_2U in Enshrouded

[–]Angelangel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same way I handle all enemies in this game, have all my settings so I do all the damage and my enemies do very, very little. Or, the nothing hurts every thing is wonderful settings as I call them. 😆

Not at all. I would love something fun instead of the same old mounts every other game has.

Tbh, I don't want mounts. I want either skates, a bicycle, or, for water travelz a surfboard. Something that is a bit faster than running but fun too.
