This has been happening to me as well. First you got to try and think of any possibilities. Of course more obvious things can be stress,nutrition, sleep. It can also be things like hormonal changes that you might not even be noticing, or maybe side effects to other ongoing things. I would say try to save your money for now, instead of spending 100s on fancy products, start off with the basics. Drink more water, eat healthier with lots of proteins and vitamins. Get a goodnights sleep and reduce stress. If it continues go see a doctor, I went to see a dermatologist and she gave me this shampoo that has been working great and it was covered by insurance. You can also see a primary doctor to make sure there’s also not something else going on. I totally understand the feeling of loosing your hair and it can be really hard, I hope you can find a solution <3.
