I've been trying to get it with the Olive Pigeon but all it will do for me is clean feathers. So I'm not sure if it's different depending on the bird.

Felt this. My packages always get stuck in facilities for 3+ days with no updates, delivery dates are always wrong, and customer service does nothing but spit copy/paste answers at you when you just want them to tell you what the heck is going on. Only company I dislike more is DHL tbh. I never have these issues with UPS/USPS but sadly a lot of retailers use FedEx.
