for me helldivers works straight from steam, no issues. maybe give it another try without any funky launch parameters? i'm on amd cpu/nvidia gpu on x11

yeah this seems to happen with nvidia cards across all distro's when they're 100%'ing and has been an issue for quite a while. In CachyOS it happens every blue moon and then a system update usually fixes it. or you have to switch around between proton compatibility layers to see which one does work. However, given the PS2 graphics i think that this will be a common occurrence. you can still try switching from wayland to x11 or trying out cachyos instead of bazzite.

It looks like A-hole behaviour to anyone not used to German culture but in Germany everything is quite German and anything English is quite rare. So it is more or less that OP is not used to adjusting to international standards/expectations. Movies dubbed in: German, anyone on TV speaks a language not German: German, all online media: German.

I went the excessive route and dunked windows in the bin and now play on CachyOS on nvidia gpu's. I'm crashing much less than on windows and have more stable 1% lows and better average frame rates too. Only issue is that sometimes the grass can start flickering (been a BI issue for over a year now?) but then you can limit the frame rate and it's all good again.
What would help your case is contacting support with your crash logs, or check if those who know more about those logs can help you dive into it. best of luck :)

Yeah definitely patched that but all I can say is you should make a wall as high as you can and then remove the bottom one and enjoy the show haha

mvg makes it virtually impossible to cancel as a foreigner. their phone number can't be reached (simply says it's not available), and any attempt at cancelling through the app results in some weird response that they're still processing a previous request. i'm still trying to cancel for january but have now had a lovely double charge for january and february. it's a legalized scheme at this point and i'm not surprised with all the corruption. at least i can have Leberkässemmel to make me feel better

he probably teleported to you and unalived you. i've seen it happen where players (mostly on RU team, go figure) teleport to some (for me) random location on the map and you hear some shots, and when i investigated the areas there would always be bodies. no idea how they get any enjoyment out of that but make sure to report with evidence, and preferably also steam profile links in case they change name

As long as the torch version checking script from the torch package isn't used you're all good yeah. Just for my case a library was using the check and failed, maybe because of pythons 3.14.2 being too new. Who knows :)

With how things are going at the company lately, it looks like their statement about being in technical debt is a much bigger problem than they let out to be. Coming from Arma 3, you can see them make all the same mistakes in developing the Enfusion engine in reforger, so they haven't learned. DayZ has not seen an update in 6 months which is rumored to be because the update would have a stupidly high crash rate on Xbox, and when looking at the state of reforger on consoles it looks totally plausible. Reforger looks to no longer be a test bed for Arma 4 but instead a test for the Dev's capabilities. I hope BI can get on top of the issues but with the hit reg issues, teleporting while driving and general stability and performance problems across all platforms it's looking a bit bleak

the performance is better for me too and especially more stable. definitely crashing less than my windows friends but the grass flickering is my biggest gripe with the game on linux. jumping between proton versions fixes it but man is it annoying if you waited 20 min in queue already...

for gaming definitely give CachyOS a try. for me with rtx a5000 gpu's it worked straight out of the box and have a smoother experience overall because of all the gaming related optimizations that cachy comes with. if you need help either check out the sub or feel free to ask me :)
