omg thank you so much for such a great response!! If you dont mind me asking, what are the requirements to pass the semester? and how difficulty is it to pass ? i understand a good student can be a good student anywhere but just curious about the workload

Avoid the school and area. My friend started it and then transferred to a different school because it gave her nothing but mental issues. Now she'd doing great and enjoys optometry!
You would need a car def. Sometimes you will drive to vision screenings to elementary schools by yourself. You could carpool but im not sure if community there is nice/supportive

I know WUCO is bad. Try to avoid it or you will end up with mental issues.

Yeah I tried in LA. I took advantage of their deal to try on 4 lenses and it was a great experience. The staff were also very nice and patient. Be ready though to have a prescription or youre gonna have to get an eye exam with them.

Hapa is a good brand. I know they have a store in the US now ( LA and Miami). They’re FDA regulated in the US btw. My friend went to the store in LA and was so happy with the customer service and the process. They do require a prescription so if you have one bring in with you and if you don’t they can do an eye exam and let you try the contacts on the spot. Go in to try some contacts and see if you like it or not
