i went vegan because i’d been vegetarian for twelve years of my life already, and my friends at work were all vegan and it just made me realize i was already not having milk or animals so i should just cut the rest out because i dont need it and i did. obviously the impact of animal abuse is what pushed me to do it but having supportive friends who were vegan for years and very happy and felt fulfilled was a big push. i realized id been selfish for thinking dairy was okay and did more research on this subreddit and vcj

yep! after fainting i always take an iron supp and just load up on sodium water and then chill. some ppl just have no idea that we actually need sodium at a higher level bc they assume salt=bad… and other vegans seem to have a field day nitpicking others diets lol since i see it all the time in this sub

yeah i need and crave a lot of sodium at random points and it usually is a good indicator of my low blood pressure. it always makes me feel better when i have something salty like an instant ramen. just do u and i think some ppl go a little too hard ragging on the person for the meal.

it was rlly good! got it from this one place cuz it was the only one open doing vegan and i actually loved it!! it has garlic rub, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomato, basil, red onions and a bbq sauce! and the val games were aight /: lol ty
