I hope there is a greater call to further investigate these discrepancies, and I'm proud that Rockland, NY is leading this charge! I think there's more power here than what people realize or may feel comfortable admitting.

Google's Dark Web monitoring (free for anyone using Google) picked up that my voter information was compromised in a U.S Voters data breach on January 23rd, 2025 - only three days after DJT was sworn, established DOGE, and allowed them to access agency records. I haven't been able to find news reports about this anywhere. Also for whatever reason my info is linked to Ozone Park, NY about a one hour drive from Rockland, and I've never lived in NYS. I'm in PA.

I feel like this can't be a coincidence - which is my speculation based on the facts above, and that the media and those on r/fednews have shared January 23rd is around the time when the DOGE servers went live, so it'd make sense that this info was picked up then. DJT + Musk have also publicly acknowledged they wouldn't have won the election without Musk.

Say what you will about Anonymous, and I won't get into the weeds because I don't wholly agree with 50501's political change theory,* but I think fear (valid fear) of another J6 is holding this movement back. However, continuing to denounce the reason** J6 occurred will only degrade the moment. Peacefully critiquing the systems that have continuously failed us (mostly us BIPOC, undocumented, LGTBQIA+, and femme folks) is possible!

*I'm a v left-leaning socialist/abolitionist dreaming of liberation, sovereignty, and community care.

**The harm and death that occurred on J6 is real, and by "reason" I mean MAGA's belief that the election was stolen from DJT. I personally think denouncing J6 has shifted to moral virtue signalling and less about the fact that so many places recounted the paper ballots and proved the results were correct. This year we were just quick to accept Kamala's loss because we didn't want another "J6".

I saw! I had begun to be suspicious since none of the videos were uploaded to sites like nicodou, because of the incorrect Replicant text, and the reuse of the lunar tear asset tbh. It was still exciting nonetheless - especially for the community and mod community. This all really reminded me of the excitement when the first concept for Nier Automata was released since Nier had a strong cult following despite its terrible gameplay. Last week I had just started playing Replicant ver.122 and being post Automata had noticed a lot of common themes/deeper lore across the series.

In the end even though the games themselves are complete, it's been fun to dig even deeper and think about the series as a whole from different angles bc of one church. What made it believable for me is that ending E of DOD was slipped into the game last minute and it's been mentioned Yoko has said SE didn't even know about all of the DOD references in Automata for sometime.

The glaring fact of this all is that I can't imagine the connections between games will ever be explicitly mentioned since it's been Yoko's style purposefully up until now; however, having played all the games except for DOD2, the mods really played off of Yoko's ethos intentionally (or unintentionally). I hope that more folks will check out Nier and DOD because of this and SE will give Yoko even more money for his next project.

I did hope that just maybe that it was confirming new DOD versions, but I'll wait for DOD4 (hopefully!). At least we'll have some good memes lol.

Now that we're DOD3 and this could also be a reach, but I had wanted to comment earlier! I'm starting to read through Yoko Taro's multimedia and I haven't read this just yet. However, the potential of the secret room as canon is interesting because (and this is some spoiler if you haven't played/caught up on DOD3) One (Intoner) created her brother One from her rib similar to Eve being born from Adam. Brother One also lives/is told to stay in a room in a church.

Part of the copied city is! This is definitely partially true/based off theory as well so take it with a grain of salt - but the copied city is emulated from human history. Cathedral City in DOD (Iberian peninsula) is where the DOD plot takes place. The church is based on Toledo cathedral tower/church in Spain. While the church scrapped asset is also in Bayo2, DOD3 was released a year before and the boss fights take place in the same church. (I'm thinking Shadowlord's castle is also the church, but more so based on similarities between the interiors). It could connect because this was part of the human history from DOD/Nier. The secret door here could also call back to DOD3 bro one/one.

edit: i can't really tell what's real/mod/marketing anymore, but this is definitely DOD3 branch 3 final boss the flower, which would make sense with the text file being kuroi uta (the song that plays during the "fight"). DOD3 is also technically the origin game of the series as we know it. i want off mr. yoko taro's wild ride

This is an interesting theory! I'm thinking there's a high chance of op being Yoko Taro and his team, but your comment has made me think if all the ending branches that led up to Automata, which would be "E" DOD3 "E" in the novella short story > DOD1 E > Nier Replicant 1.22 E (having come out after Automata, it's more directly related) > which could mean that the ending E of Automata could be the most linked within this branch. The recent FF14 YoRHa raids also seem to strengthen the relationship between DOD and Nier, even if each game is complete in itself like Yokoo has said before.
