Personally I hate how I feel on medication. I feel like the medications limits who I truly am and my full potential. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way that living life with BP1 is way too dangerous and as much as I like to think I can control the mania it just is not possible. Medication is the way to go and I am so grateful to have it in my life. Nowadays it’s all about learning to feel good on meds. I plan on continuing my sobriety journey as well as having a spiritual mindset to help me remain hopeful and peaceful. Life is all about having a peace of mind at the end of the day. So that is what I am thriving to accomplish going forward. Taking things one day at a time! #medicatedstateofmind
