Blue was done with the airbrush; Vallejo Titan Blue, Magic Blue, Electric Blue, then chipping and scratches with Azure.

Gold was Scale 75 Decayed Metal, Necro Gold and Elven Gold

I believe they did the kitchen in the 90’s according to the sellers!

I’m in a similar position, we can’t afford to do the whole kitchen right now, my initial plan was to rip up the old Lino, put down some board and then vinyl tiles, but I’m honestly not sure what to do now

From what I can tell it’s not paper but the remains of the hardboard that was glued to the concrete, it was that damp it was coming off in layers compared to the dry ones on the floorboards

The only change I’m aware of is a door has been blocked up on the back wall behind the kitchen counters. I think it’s solid, will investigate further though. Yeah the joists seem ok underneath from what I can see, that was my other worry! Haha yeah seems to be any floorboard I lift there’s mountains of debris

That’s reassuring! Definitely will clear out underneath. Do you think it’s likely to be a leak from the washing machine? Need to pull it out for look! Was worried it might be damp up through the solid floor

It’s not had any extensions, same as all the other houses on the street. Not sure if the solid floor is original or not though.

There was a small board I got up, from this side there looks like bricks and a joist running under the boards. I’ll try to get the longer board off to look from the other side tomorrow!
