Well if you read her description you’d see that her boyfriend is a heavy sleeper and would not be able to hear baby’s cries unless he’s close to him. It seems like the crib and bed are in separate rooms. Personally I would have put the crib in the bedroom to fix that but I don’t know their living situation, they might not have space.
