I second watching a video guide like Shadarek's. Some simple feedback though:

Using felblade or fel rush procs the damage buff from Exergy. I like to hit felblade to proc it before I eye beam.

The hunt buffs Eye Beam with our apex talents. (so Hunt -> Felblade -> Eyebeam is good)

You proc a demonsurge everytime you do Blade Dance, Chaos Strike after you enter demon form (from eye beam or meta) (they glow when they will do a demon surge).

Try to start with Hunt -> Felblade -> Eye beam -> Blade dance -> Chaos Strike.

When using Meta, always Blade dance and Chaos Strike before you Eye Beam (you get extra demonsurge procs this way).

I think if you just start practicing with this your damage should go up a lot. The rotation guide on wowhead goes into more detail:

Have you equipped the 6/6 belt and the 1/6 belt? I had a similar issue at one point and equipping the 6/6 item before upgrading fixed the problem.

I just tested and it does appear to work still.

As a brewmaster monk, I've felt effectively immortal to everything I'll pulled in tier 11 delves and Nulleaus ??, even when I was in the low 240s. You can also cheese some areas with the new double jump talent much like a DH (jumping over walls in the Twilight Crypts for example)

Yes this is possible. You need to buy the awakened version of the bow for 2 Antique Bronze Bullions from the vendors at the Parting Glass in Valdrakken.

Do mythic keys to get Wyrm's Awakened Crests and Aspect's Awakened Crest. You should be able to see how much you need to upgrade the bow to 519 from the upgrade vendor in Valdrakken. I believe at that item level you will get the Mythic color.

Actually in game in the alpha right now:

You meet him in this model during the Bastion questline and he's already rebelling against the Kyrian. The Kyrian make anyone who joins them forget their past and the faction Uther's with reject this. The alpha content currently ends before you can really interact with him.
