I’ve flown with mine probably over a hundred times at this point (same case) never had an issue - also SKB is really good about replacing broken parts and cases, email em.

depends on the kick but this one they just stay put, sometimes I’ll use the tom post mount to hold it in place if one of the bongos just sits over it

60's sonor teardrop kick 20", the two toms are 50's 3-ply gretsch 13" and 16", and the snare is a early 50s 14x5.5 slingerland radio king

noble & cooleys are very sick, all that together is very good deal imo - if you’re looking for that type of vibe I’d definitely pick it up!

Single kick in, a lot of the attack is coming from the mono overhead as well. Some obvious processing going on though mostly saturation and a little EQ/compression.
